Please include better system specs.
But since I have to guess,
try running the -image
set up: Right click on the gw icon, make a copy of the icon call it Guildwars update. Right click on the new icon choose properties. In the field target you will see something like: "C:/guildwars.exe" add this in exactly with a space after the last " as follows: "C:/guildwars.exe" -image. this will download the ENTIRE gw.dat file from a-net, decompress it then close. It will take a long time to do.
What graphics setting is the game being run at and what resolution. It also may be the video card can not handle the area.
What operating system is being used?

I agree with Zamai,
A friend of mine had the same problem and it got fixed after he used the -image command.
Just so you know, this will instruct GW.exe to download all the files from the server. This will take a while in a slow connection. If you dont want to wait that long, just delete your gw.dat file and the area files will be downloaded as you need them.

Some intel chipsets cause crashes in a few places due to T&L issues. I think wehhan is one of those places. Defrag then -image but if the problem persists, you may have to use another computer to get your character out of there.

I agree with tijo; it's most likely caused by the Intel video chip. Its drivers don't implement some part(s) of the DirectX interfaces correctly (no surprise - I don't think the hardware even supports many of them), and it seems Guild Wars uses some of those things when drawing Wehhan Terraces and certain other places in Nightfall and Eye of the North.
Some people have been able to work around the bug with a tool called 3D Analyze, see this thread for details. Crappy hacks like this aren't really a substitute for having a real video card, though.
